Switch Adjustment

Steering column switches rubbing on your horn contact ring?

The housing on which these column switches mount, as well as the ignition switch assembly, is attached to the steering column with one 8mm, internal socket (allen) head bolt. The hole in the tab on the steering column though which this bolt passes is slotted. By loosening that bolt, you can move the entire column switch assembly closer or further away from the steering wheel/horn contact ring. This is by design precisely for this situation where the column switches vary in shape size due to manufacturing tolerances.

Ive tried a few different brands of biltong and made my own. I have to say that this wasn't my favorite. Believe me, i wanted to like it. The taste was sour and most of the bag was pulverized shreds. :( I did find that letting a bit airdry in a bowl made it a little more palatable, but honestly it'sjust sitting in my fridge still, where normally I'd have eaten the whole bag in a day or so. I will say that there was a decent amount for the price. The texture and cut were good on the whole pieces. Also, some of the bites left a weird coating and nasty taste on my tongue, like baking soda or something, but definitely an off taste. I had my own beef jerky store for several years, so I'm a connoisseur, but no snob. -----update 8/13/2019------- I contacted customer service via the email on the bag and got a response. They sent me a new bag and here is the email I sent them back. Very happy now. ....The biltong showed up last Thursday! I'm sorry i kept forgetting to email you. It is delicious. It's night and day difference between the bag I got through Amazon originally. This bag was pristine and the taste is spot on. Every piece is a perfect slice, no shreds or fluff. Dark, rich brown color, not hay colored like the old bag. I really think that the other bag got very hot or something and out the taste off. Thank you so much. Now I know that if I am in the mood for biltong, Ayoba-yo is a good choice. Thanks for the customer service as well.....

I have been lucky to visit South Africa a few times in my life. What is not lucky is coming home to the United States and craving biltong. Biltong is a magical, sugar-free, barely processed jerky and once you try it, you will never want to eat American beef jerky again. If I wanted to gnaw on leather then I’d get my belt instead of paying money for dried meat. I liked that it didn’t have sugar. However , the flavor was confusing.
