Apply liberally 15 minutes before Sun exposure. Reapply. After 80 minutes of swimming or sweating immediately after towel drying at least every 2 hours sun protection measures. Spending time in the sun increases risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk regularly 2 use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum spf value of 15 or higher and other Sun protection measures including limit time in the sun especially wear long sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Children under 6 months of age ask a doctor.

Works when working outside and heavy activities

I use it as an Amazon delivery driver, and it works in the heat and sweat is no issue it does last for 2 hours. Reapplying it is extremely easy, no burns or sun damage to my skin. I can tell you it works cause I’m recovering from skin cancer and it works no problems or anything.
