The Human (SYTL4) Synaptotagmin-like Protein 4 ELISA Kit measures Synaptotagmin-Like Protein 4 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human SYTL4 antibody. SYTL4 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human SYTL4 Antibody is added and binds to SYTL4 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SYTL4 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human SYTL4. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Given myself a couple weeks of consistent use before giving a review. There are a lot of pros to this product which include: moisturizing and stays moisturized all day, made my PIE marks (post acne marks) fade a lot faster. Repairs my skin barrier, especially while using tretinoin nightly, not too thick but thick enough to keep my face hydrated. It does not have a smell. The cons are: slight burn for about 15 seconds but disappears, it pills if I apply too much. It does pill less if I pat it on my face versus rubbing; it does not pill when I apply liquid foundation. I just have to let it dry for 15-20 mins before applying makeup. I found the pros to overpower the cons and will continue to use this product.
