Care Instructions

• Bread Warmer: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Not dishwasher safe.
• Basket: Dust or vacuum regularly, and wipe with a damp cloth if necessary. Avoid rubbing stains to prevent spreading and loosening fibers. Whitewash can be removed with pressure water or by hand. Do not place the basket in the oven. Ensure proper drying after any water exposure and keep out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

HOW TO HEAT A BREAD WARMING STONE?

• Put terracotta stone in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes or microwave set to high for 2-4 minutes.
• When the stone gets hot enough, use an oven mitten to take it out and put it in the bread basket.
• Use a liner cloth or a mitten when handling a hot bread warmer stone to stay away from any burns or injuries.
• Cover the terracotta stone with a liner cloth or kitchen towel to protect from oil staining.
• Place bread in the basket, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or a liner cloth and serve.
• Normally terracotta stones will stay warm for about 40 minutes.
