Really Nice Hydrating Toner Pads

At 52, post-menopausal, with dry and increasingly sensitive skin, I’m very selective about toner pads. Many of them either feel too thin and ineffective or too active and irritating. They feel cooling and comfortable on the skin. What I notice most after using them is how hydrated and slightly plumped my skin looks. They’re quick, convenient, and a nice step when I want hydration without adding another liquid toner.
