These heavy weight wool blend trousers are in excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. They seem to me to have been altered at some point to fit a narrower hip. They fit a little snug on my hip and sit a tiny bit relaxed on the waist. I do love how high waisted these area and although they aren't lined they are very comfortable being a Polyester / Wool blend. They are slightly tapered with a relaxed leg. 

I would call this a size Small now even though they are listed as a size 29. I would say they are closer to a size 26 hip and 27/28 waist. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
