Mishimoto has developed a direct-fit 2017-2021 3.5L F-150 EcoBoost Intercooler and Pipe kit that allows owners to maximize the performance potential of their F-150 or second-gen Raptor. Our kit replaces the weak and unattractive plastic piping with free-flowing, durable aluminum piping and silicone boots with DuraCore? technology. The larger volume of our pipes allows your 2017-2021 3.5L EcoBoost to breathe free and make the most of the its two turbochargers. DuraCore? boots coupled with constant-tension worm gear clamps provide superior strength and blowout resistance, ensuring boost always makes it to its destination. Combine our piping with the Mishimoto 2015-2021 F-150 EcoBoost Intercooler to unleash everything the twin-turbo 3.5L EcoBoost engine is capable of. Our intercooler increases core volume by 77-percent over stock and external fin surface area by 163-percent. With cast end tanks and bar-and-plate construction, our intercooler combines strength and power for an all-around upgrade over stock. This kit is available with a black or silver intercooler and wrinkle black or polished pipes. Worked like a charm.
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Used it as directed. Down to an eighth of a tank. Poured it in and added enough gas to get back to one half a tank. Wanted to get it mixed in really well. Immediately jumped on the interstate and ran 75 MPH for 40 miles. Stopped and filled the tank and when I restarted the engine, the light was off. Coincidence? Not a chance. Light had been on continuously for weeks. AutoZone said I needed a catalytic converter. Nope. One thing I found out the hard way. If your gas filler has a flap at the top, make sure it is easy to push aside. Mine had a little release button near the top that the filler hose would depress before the flap would release. Dumped the first bottle right on the ground. Twelve bucks wasted. No one to blame but me, I guess. Still a bargain, even at twice the price.
